"Program provides meals, therapeutic recreation, daily living skills assistance, personal health care, social supports, nursing services, medication management, rehabilitative therapy, podiatry and a beautician for older adults and adults with disabilities. Languages spoken other than English include Spanish, French, Polish and Italian. Transportation is provided for residents of Bolton, East Hartford, Glastonbury, Hartford, Manchester, Newington, Rocky Hill, South Windsor, Vernon and Wethersfield only."
