"Program provides meals, therapeutic recreation, daily living skills assistance, personal health care, social supports, nursing services, podiatry, beautician services, and medication management for older adults and people with disabilities. Transportation is provided for residents of Bethel, Bridgewater, Brookfield, Danbury, New Fairfield, New Milford, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield, and Sherman."
