"Program provides meals, therapeutic recreation, daily living skills assistance, personal health care, social supports, nursing services, podiatry services, and medication management for elders ages 60+ (and for ages 18+ if disabled). Special programming includes trips off-site to a beautician and rehabilitative therapy by contract. Transportation is provided for residents of Branford, Chester, Clinton, Deep River, Essex, Guilford, Haddam, Killingworth, Lyme, Madison, North Branford, Old Lyme, Old Saybrook, and Westbrook"
