"Program provides meals, therapeutic recreation, daily living skills assistance, personal health care, social supports, nursing services, podiatry services, rehabilitative therapy, a beautician, and medication management for elders ages 60+ (and for ages 18+ if disabled). Transportation is provided for residents of Branford, Clinton, East Haven, Guilford, Killingworth, Madison, New Haven, North Branford, North Haven, and Westbrook"
