Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. The management made lots of promises regarding the quality and type of service they could provide. To my family's dismay, they failed to deliver. I felt that they were always putting us in emergency mode so that they could extract more money. Do not use this service!! They may be slightly cheaper, but it is not worth the aggravation.

A. No
