Visit New Dawn and you will find pets, flowers, the smell of baking cookies and perhaps the music of Frank Sinatra or a big band leader. A group of ladies may be sharing stories of when their children were small, while a gentleman helps a resident assistant in the flower garden.

Individuals with memory loss are more comfortable in small, familiar, residential settings. New Dawn offers three single-story buildings of 16 private rooms with full bathrooms. Our interior decor is designed to appeal to our residents, not just their children and grandchildren. We understand that too many "things" can be over-stimulating and stressful so we avoid clutter and have quiet areas and a bathing spa for relaxation. Our homes evoke happy memories, such as Craftsmen-style furnishings, soothing colors, and even a "retro" refrigerator in our kitchen. Residents enjoy our sunroom, activities room, and an on-site beauty/barber shop because we know they want to look their best.

Each resident has a personalized plan and often, they find new interests that bring joy to their lives.
