If the agency is not the best choice for the individual, they will help in every way to find the right fit elsewhere. Staffers have specialized training to aid in caring for diverse populations, such as those in the LGBT community, the visually impaired, those diagnosed with HIV or AIDS and hospice clients. Staff "go the extra mile" to ensure clients receive both compassionate and creative care. Clients and their families are offered Alzheimer’s workshops.
