Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. They would not accept my sister because she was not Russian. Upon entering the facility no one spoke english. The kitchen was dirty. It was lunch time and the residents were sharing food. There was no supervision in the room. The individual who I spoke with stated they only accepted Russian speaking individuals. I do live in the area and it would be very convient for my sister who is development disabled and has had a stroke. I also noticed they the hour I was there it appeared they had church services going on and this appeared to be the only activity. I was no impressed. The bathroom was also very dirty and did not have supplies
