Woodside Terrace proudly displays its award from the San Francisco Examiner, whose readers voted it the best facility in 2004. With sixteen years of service to seniors, it has built a solid reputation within the long-term care community. Woodside Terrace offers spacious apartments, medical support and programs to meet every need. The "Personally Yours" program allows residents to request personalized services; dog walking, grocery shopping, wake-up calls, escort services, companionship and plant care are among some of the program's most requested services. An registered nurse is available on weekdays and on weekends a licensed vocational nurse is on-site. Woodside Terrace offers both independent living and assisted living.

The facility's circular driveway is convenient for picking up or dropping off passengers. The grounds are spacious and a wealth of comfortable outdoor furniture provides places to rest and visit. An enclosed swimming pool and whirlpool spa are the jewels of the facility. There is an aquatic exercise program that focuses on arthritis relief. Each apartment has an outdoor patio. The building is well-maintained and, thanks to three renovations, has been thoroughly updated.

Woodside Terrace is part of Brookdale Living Communities. Each Brookdale facility has a different activity theme every month. One month at Woodside Terrace, the theme was Asia; some of the activities included a visit to the Asian Art Museum and an "Orchid Luau". The month's menu also reflected the theme, with lots of various Asian dishes.
