Staffed by experienced nurses, SunPlus Home Care offers a broad range of medical support, from disease management and rehabilitation therapy, to mental health services and home pharmacy services. Each client is assigned a case manager and a nurse; a 24-hour on-call system is utilized. Nurses visit their clients periodically to ensure that all health requirements are being properly addressed.
