Owner Charlotte St. James, MA, CMC, an independent Brain Fitness Coach/Trainer, specializes in the care of older adults with cognitive impairment. Ten years experience as a geriatric care manager, and a Masters in Counseling Psychology give Charlotte a special understanding of cognitive impairment, and how it relates to quality of life.

St James Associates combine traditional care management, activities that enhance brain function, and, most importantly, the time and attention needed to bond with older adults. These trusting relationships facilitate needed changes that improve quality of life.
