West Coast Nursing, Inc. encourages seniors to be active members of society regardless of their age, health or level of independence. The program focuses on health education to empower clients to look out for their own well-being. Caregivers provide a wide variety of services including skilled nursing care, certified home health services, medical social work, physical, speech and occupational therapies, and nutritional consulting. Every client receives an individually tailored care plan to address his or her custodial, medical and rehabilitative needs.
