It begins with our caregivers. We hire less than one in five who apply with us. We require TB testing and First Aid/CPR certifications. We provide a thorough initial orientation and require ongoing training. All of our caregivers are bonded and insured. They also adhere to our Caregiver Code of Ethics.

Because everyone who needs care is unique, we provide a free initial assessment that includes safety, fall, and emergency alert system analysis. From these and the input of client and family, we develop a detailed, written care plan containing instructions for our caregivers. Clients may select their caregivers in advance. And our scheduling is flexible, from 2-24 hours on any given day. We don't require a deposit and you can stop service with only 24 hours notice.

To ensure your satisfaction, our office staff members orient our caregivers to your care plan, monitor timeliness with an online system, and receive daily status reports. Our Quality Assurance team makes regular visits to ensure caregivers are performing as specified. We also call our clients and loved ones to ensure they are satisfied with care.
