Belmont Vista is a very new, very beautiful facility for both independent and assisted living. This state-of-the-art building, built against a hillside, feels like a resort, with its spacious common areas, sophisticated redwood accents, a warm color scheme and plentiful windows. A life-sized toy tiger beneath the grand piano elicits smiles from passers-by. Happy hour at the piano is a weekly event where residents come to sing and socialize.

The three-story building is painted in pale and dark greens with white accents. Most apartments have balconies with matching patio furniture in shades of green. Each floor has a different color scheme to help residents with memory dysfunction. Lovely prints on the walls add a touch of elegance. A shopping area and a senior center are located nearby; the area seems to be a hub for seniors. Belmont Vista has a skilled nursing facility on the grounds, thus individuals can spend the remainder of their lives at the same location. For those living in independent or assisted living arrangements, there is access to quality medical care if the need arises. Belmont Vista management relies on the SNF to train its staff on medical assessment and first aid.

Belmont Vista is noted for its food. On New Year's Eve, residents had a choice of steak or lobster. The lovely restaurant-style dining area boasts lots of natural light and tasteful furniture. Healthful choices are always available for health-conscious diners or for those with dietary restrictions.
