  • Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
    A. I have two grandmothers living here and have visited them several times over the last couple of years. I have been impressed overall by the care and quality of the service. The people here that I have met genuinely care. Case in point: I came one time and my grandmother was napping. I was going to leave but the careperson insisted that I needed to go a head and visit as this was a big part of their life was to have family visitors.
