Our resort style 2-story community has 94 apartments. Residents at Freedom Inn enjoy peace of mind knowing that trained caregivers are on duty around-the-clock. Each resident receives a package of service and care that is designed to meet their specific needs. These services may include medication management and administration, assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, clothing selection, continence care, escorting to meals and activities, and assistance with transferring. We are licensed for personal, supervisory and directed care in the Assisted Living side of the community.

Clare Bridge Alzheimer's Care at Freedom Inn Scottsdale

The Clare Bridge at Freedom Inn is a secure single story self contained building featuring 25 alcove apartments, all with private bath and shower. Our secure Alzheimer's care residence was designed by a clinical gerontologist. Residents benefit from constant attention and redirection in a homelike environment. Our trained care associates are on staff 24/7. Common areas include a dining room, large living room, beauty salon, activity room, and resource center. Residents may enjoy the outdoor in our beautiful, open air, secured courtyard featuring walking path, garden area and canopy with cooking misters.
