Q. Your overall impressions of this provider?
A. the telephone system at Infinia in Cottonwood Az is really bad. It is very difficult to communicate with a family member that is a patient at the facility. I have tried for several days to call my mother there and am unable to get through. Communication is vital to the patients well being and if you can't get through by telephone, the patient is isolated. -
