I am interested in mediation being used with grandparents gaining visitation or temporary custody. I am writing a book on grandparent challenges with these issues. Have you written an article pertaining to grandparents?
Thanks so much.
I have not yet written an article regarding the complexities of grandparent visitation rights or how mediation can help. However, this is definitely a topic I plan to address in an upcoming article on the Gilbert Guide, so check back in the next couple of months! Thank you.

Simply put, the process of mediation is the ideal route to take if the prerequisite civility exists among the participants. A friend of mine does mediated divorce in Arizona and has helped hundreds of couples (including some of my family) deal with a potentially messy split in the most economical and amicable way.
