I am 22 and I have just started with yoga. Now I am gonna do it well in to my seventies too!!
I'm glad you've found the practice. It truly is an amazing way to respect, challenge and listen to your body while finding a sense of calm and clarity...and it doesn't hurt that it acts as nature's botox!
My grandma is always so achy. Her bones creek and she seems very inflexible. I never thought of taking her to my studio with me. Yoga's kind of like a massage for the whole body and she could really use one.
