Booster pads do make a huge difference in improving the aborbancy of all incontinence products. I use a booster pad in my overnight brief, and place it sideways across the front of the brief and this has eliminated all leaks out the waistband from my briefs.
A booster pad can also turn an inexpensive mediocre absorbancy brief into an extended wear brief for much less money than buying an expensive "premium" brief. A Tranquility Topliner booster pad only costs 30 cents and can be positioned and placed right where YOU need it, while a Tranquility Contour costs 42 cents and fills the entire "core" of a brief. Duraline sells both of these and have great staff! I believe HDIS does also (I've just been buying from Duraline for years!)
