I would have surely thought that vitamins, even in a little excess, would never hurt anyone. What an eye-opener!

Well, more is not always better. It is key to not listen to every wannabe nutrition "expert" who is selling something. A good multi-vitamin such as Nature Made 50+ and adequate Vitamin D and calcium along with the proper amount of Omega 3 fish oils, regular doses of CoQ 10 and Probiotics are the best middle-of-the-road program. If you have Metabolic Syndrome, than there are other things that might be done. See our pdf download on this site called the All In 1 Pocket Guide for Healthy Choices.

I wish to point out that there are numerous studies supporting the use of vitamins to enhance qualilty of life in end stage cancer patients. Please try to be balanced when making these commentaries and take into account the evidence base.
    thank you
