Hi - The points made in this article are excellent and I agree with all of them.
It's very difficult for families in crisis to know how to make this decision well, for many reasons. For one thing, they don't know, but may assume, that their state regulates home care companies. (Note that I'm referring to home care here, not home health care.) Only half the states have any sort of regulatory authority over home care provider companies!
